Terms of service

The service

GC Academy hosts training programs: lessons, videos, quizzes, exams, assignments, and the certificates that come from completing them. Some programs are run for a specific company, some for Gadoci Consulting’s own team, and some are open to anyone.

Accounts

Anyone with a verified email address can create an account. Having an account does not by itself give access to a program: access comes from your company, an invitation, or a purchase. Keep your sign-in method secure and do not share your account. Company administrators are responsible for who they invite and what roles they grant.

Purchases and refunds

Prices are in US dollars and shown on each program’s page before you buy. Sales tax, where it applies, is added on top of the price at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe on its own secure page; we never see or store your card details. Stripe emails you a receipt.

Your access starts as soon as your payment goes through and lasts for the period stated on the program’s page. A bank payment can take a few business days to clear, and access starts when it does.

If you change your mind, email academy@gadociconsulting.com within 30 days of buying to ask for a refund. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. A full refund ends your access to that program; a partial refund doesn’t. Any certificate you earned before the refund stays valid. If a payment is reversed through your bank (a chargeback) and the bank rules for you, your access ends the same way. If something else goes wrong with a purchase, email us and we will work it out with you.

Program content

Program content belongs to Gadoci Consulting or the people who licensed it to us. You may use it for your own learning while you have access. Do not copy, resell, or redistribute it, share it outside your account, or scrape it.

Your work

You keep ownership of what you submit: answers, reflections, assignments, and project work. You give us the limited right to store it, show it to the reviewers and staff of that program, and use it to run the program and issue credentials. Do not submit anything you are not allowed to share, including client confidential information, credentials or secrets, or controlled unclassified information. Describe the shape of the work instead.

Assessments and certificates

Complete assessments yourself. Each assessment says whether using AI tools such as Claude is allowed; follow that rule. A certificate has a public verification page that shows your name, the credential, and its dates. We may revoke a certificate earned through misconduct, and certificates that carry an expiry date stop verifying after it.

Acceptable use

Do not try to access another person’s or company’s records, obtain answer keys, probe or overload the service, or use it to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and changes

We work to keep GC Academy available and to give notice before significant changes. The service is provided as is; we may change or retire features with reasonable notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gadoci Consulting is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of GC Academy, and our total liability is limited to the amount you or your company paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
