Become the AI person on your team
Every team has someone who tries AI first, figures out what works, and helps everyone else catch up. This course is for the person who wants to be that someone, on purpose.
Brandon Gadoci, Gadoci Consulting's founder, has spent the last few years in that seat, first inside a company and now with the teams we work with. What separates the people who thrive in the role isn't technical skill. It's discernment, curiosity, and the habit of starting before anyone asks. This course teaches the method he wishes he'd had on day one.
What you'll learn
The role itself. What the AI person does and doesn't do, and why it's one of the most valuable seats in any department right now.
The translation layer. How to connect what AI can do with what your business actually needs.
How AI really works. Deterministic and probabilistic technology, and how to tell an AI problem from an automation problem or a problem that isn't about technology at all.
Context, connectors, and skills. Why the magic prompt faded and how to give AI the knowledge it needs.
Your own pilot. Start with your own work, size the opportunity, iterate until it's right, and keep honest proof.
The return conversation and buy-in. How to talk about results with your manager, and how to work with IT, security, and legal as partners.
Discovery, mapping, and launch. Interview coworkers about their work, map a workflow, pick the simplest build, launch small, and tell the story.
Spreading habits. Lunch and learns, office hours, a weekly note, and a sustainable way to stay informed.
How it works
Eleven modules and 33 lessons, about nine hours in total, at your own pace. Each module ends with a short practice quiz, and each lesson has an exercise that builds your own proof file, workflow map, and plan. Finish with a final assessment to earn your AI Changemaker certificate.
AI Fundamentals for Everyday Work is a good starting point, but you don't need it first.
